How i Practice
My approach is eclectic, insight-oriented, and rooted in trauma-informed and compassion-focused care. I draw primarily from ACT and EMDR, and weave in elements of existential work, somatic awareness, and parts work (more on what all of this means below) depending on what you need and what the moment calls for. I don't believe one modality fits every person, so I stay curious, follow your lead, and pull from both what the research supports and what works for you.
I come into the therapy room as a whole person. I have my own lived experiences, my own relationship with growth and change, and a deep respect for what it takes to show up and do this work. I have both experienced and witnessed the catharsis and meaningful change that therapy can inspire, and that shapes how I show up.
My commitment to you is to arrive fully, stay curious, and take your growth as seriously as you do.
Warmly,
