Neuroaffirming Therapy
Your brain isn't broken, and it doesn't need to be fixed
Neuroaffirming therapy holds the belief that there's no one right way for a mind to work. The goal isn't to make you more "normal." It's to understand how your mind actually operates: what it needs, what drains it, what lights it up, and to build a life around that instead of around some external standard.
So much of the shame people carry isn't really about who they are. It's about spending years being told they're too much, too sensitive, too intense, not enough of the "right" things. We'll start to unlearn that story by focusing on your strengths as much as your struggles, and on practical support that actually fits how you think, rather than strategies borrowed from a mind that isn't yours.
You don't need to mask, push through, or apologize for how your mind works here. Just show up as you are.
