Limina.l Spaces

Burnout has a way of arriving quietly, then all at once. Anxiety moves into the gap between who you were and who you are becoming. And life transitions—a career shift, a relationship ending, becoming a parent, leaving old roles behind—have a way of resurfacing things you thought were settled.
I love sitting with people in the liminal space. There is something I find quietly sacred about it, even through the discomfort. Underneath it all, there is often grief that hasn't had anywhere to land and parts of yourself that have been waiting, patiently, to be remembered. |
